New building contract

I think that for five million coins you should get the opportunity to build your own skyscraper and after the five million coin debt it cost ten thousand coins per floor so each city could possibly have their own, unique building. And each floor could be like 100xp and you could pick either business or residential. Each floor for residential could be 500population and if it was a business it would allow happyness for 500 people.
