Getting New Neighbors

For new players, you might find it a bit harder to get new neighbors(nbrs). New nbrs are important in your quest for expansion, xp and coins...and of course meeting new friends. Some players are not as prepared to add new nbrs because they are instances where players are invited but never accept the invite and they stay in the invite list forever and you can never get rid of them from the list. As long as you keeping cleaning, returning and cleaning. Most senior players are more than willing to add you. Just remember to post a message on their wall (remember the tip on cleaning posted by big town?). If you encounter players who never clean back, no matter how many times you clean their city, forget about them and MOVE ON!! You must remember to collect your "stars" for coins and xp so that other players can clean your city. If you are busy cleaning other city and forget to check your city, whenever you see "ntc" or "full" posted on your wall, your city is full of sparkling stars. Stars = xp and coins!!! ENJOY collecting them!!!
