I hate it when you clean someone's city and they don't bother to clean back. It is so rude.

But I don't clean back everyone who cleans me. Except he/she asks me on my wall to clean back or add. Then I do them the favor, but otherwise I only clean my neighbors with three or four stars. That's my strategy. Comments or improvements welcome! Idea
