Special Factories Empty Special Factories

Special Factories are not special at all, except that they cost 24 Citycash instead of 10,000$. In the game you can only get up to 18 factories, so if you need more, you have to buy Special Factories, which are unlimited. You can also buy them to get more factories before you have unlocked 18 normal Factories. The contracts are the same and give the same money and xp.
